These terms describe the basic rules for using the Kilim Art Studio website and placing individual handmade orders.

Custom pieces
Wool runners, pillows and bags are handmade or discussed individually. Final dimensions, colors, timing, price and delivery are confirmed during a personal conversation.
Photos and colors
Photos on the site show the style and examples of work. Shades may vary slightly because of lighting, device screens and the natural qualities of the materials.
Orders and payment
Submitting a form is not an automatic purchase agreement. An order is considered agreed after details, price, payment method and delivery are confirmed.
Site materials
Texts, photographs and visual materials from Kilim Art Studio may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the workshop.
